The Challenge
The Mitsubishi Fuso FI sustained a left-front-side impact involving extensive damage across the front and left-hand cabin area. Repairs were required to the front bumper, grille, lighting, wing, door and structural cabin sections, together with replacement of multiple damaged exterior components.
Work Completed
Accident Repair & Bodyshop
Repairs addressed extensive left-front accident damage, including the face panel, floor panel, LH door, LH cabin panel and roof. Damaged components including the front bumper, lighting, grille assembly, LH fender, mirror components, door hardware and related exterior fittings were replaced as required. Cabin repair, jigging, welding and panel restoration were carried out to restore the affected structure and bodywork.
Paint & Refinishing
Following completion of the structural and panel repairs, the full cabin was prepared and repainted. Refinishing included the repaired and replacement body areas to produce a consistent finish across the restored cabin.
The Result
