The BMW 523i sustained significant front-end accident damage affecting the front body structure and associated panels. The repair required replacement of damaged front-end components together with panel beating, preparation and refinishing of the affected areas.
Work Completed
Accident Repair & Bodyshop
Replaced the damaged front nose-cut assembly, bonnet, RH front fender, RH bonnet lock and RH front stone guard as part of the front-end accident repair.
Completed the required panel beating, fitting and reassembly of the affected front body components.
Diagnostics, Electrical & AC
Recharged the air-conditioning system with A/C gas following completion and reassembly of the front-end repairs.
Paint & Refinishing
Prepared and refinished five affected front panels following the accident repair.
Completed panel preparation, priming and professional paint refinishing to restore a consistent finish across the repaired front section of the vehicle.
The Result
The BMW 523i underwent front-end accident restoration, with the damaged nose-cut assembly, bonnet, RH front fender and associated components replaced as required. Panel beating and body repairs were completed before five affected front panels were prepared and professionally refinished. The air-conditioning system was regassed following reassembly, with the completed repairs then inspected.
